
Hazlet Recreation is now offering Pilates on Sunday's starting May 5 from 9-10AM at the Cullen Center, 1776 Union Avenue. 7 classes/$70.
Pilates is a method of body conditioning based on using positions and gravity to work your muscles focusing on developing strength through your core of your body; your back, abdomen, and hips. This provides a foundation to continue working the rest of your body and also increasing flexibility and coordination.
The goal of Pilates is an overall body fitness, elongating supple muscles, and balance between body and mind working as a whole. Pilates improve posture, increase lung capacity, and strong sculpted muscles. Instructor: Sharon Jacobowitz
