Campaign Signs

At what point do they become litter?

I actually like seeing the signs.  They get people fired up for election time.  It's great.  We should celebrate the our election process.  Our predecessors paid dearly for that right.  

It's been a few weeks though since the election.  Win or lose, the signs should have been collected from public right of way locations.
