• November 2012:  7 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $665,000. vs an average list price of $696,100. with an average 145 DOM

• There are currently 29 homes under contract with an average list price of $811,291. with an average 79 DOM.
• There are currently 105 homes available with an average list price of $940,204. with an average 137 DOM.

Hazlet: *Closed Sales for the month of November:

• November 2013: 9 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $267,000. vs an average list price of $281,233. with an average 52 DOM
• November 2012: 10 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $286,053. vs an average list price of $301,150. with an average 97 DOM

• There are currently 39 homes under contract with an average list price of $305,223. with an average 105 DOM.
• There are currently 62 homes available with an average list price of $293,589 with an average 135 DOM.

• Holmdel: 143 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 135 homes in 2012 YTD
• Hazlet: 180 homes Closed Year-To-Date vs 145 homes in 2012 YTD
