Holmdel: *Closed Sales for the month of August: 

• August 2013:  22 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $641,173. vs an average list price of $660,682. with an average 77 DOM
• August 2012:  29 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $764,797. vs an average list price of $804,483 with an average 100 DOM

• There are currently 37 homes under contract with an average list price of $752,168. with an average 59 DOM.
• There are currently 102 homes available with an average list price of $1,073,208. with an average 130 DOM.

Hazlet: *Closed Sales for the month of August:

• August 2013: 27 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $294,915. vs an average list price of $303,863. with an average 53 DOM
• August 2012: 12 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $255,875. vs an average list price of $266,708. with an average 70 DOM

• There are currently 35 homes under contract with an average list price of $294,691. with an average 83 DOM.
• There are currently 77 homes available with an average list price of $320,756. with an average 103 DOM.
