Holmdel: *Closed Sales for the month of September: 

• September 2013:  7 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $666,071. vs an average list price of $681,128. with an average 49 DOM
• September 2012:  16 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $768,734. vs an average list price of $808,900. with an average 99 DOM

• There are currently 32 homes under contract with an average list price of $848,484. with an average 57 DOM.
• There are currently 113 homes available with an average list price of $740,235. with an average 121 DOM.

Hazlet: *Closed Sales for the month of September:

• September 2013: 7 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $354,614. vs an average list price of $351,914. with an average 67 DOM
• September 2012: 11 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $281,327. vs an average list price of $294,555. with an average 83 DOM

• There are currently 36 homes under contract with an average list price of $300,792. with an average 90 DOM.
• There are currently 85 homes available with an average list price of $312,925. with an average 97 DOM.
