Holmdel: *Closed Sales for the month of October: 

• October 2013:  12 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $669,125. vs an average list price of $705,192. with an average 133 DOM
• October 2012:  12 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $697,667. vs an average list price of $773,900. with an average 112 DOM

• There are currently 26 homes under contract with an average list price of $854,188. with an average 61 DOM.
• There are currently 109 homes available with an average list price of $966,952. with an average 141 DOM.

Hazlet: *Closed Sales for the month of October:

• October 2013: 17 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $286,441. vs an average list price of $296.082. with an average 73 DOM
• October 2012: 19 single family homes sold with an average sale price of $253,532. vs an average list price of $271,326. with an average 74 DOM

• There are currently 29 homes under contract with an average list price of $306,131. with an average 91 DOM.
• There are currently 80 homes available with an average list price of $305,711. with an average 105 DOM.

• Holmdel: 130 homes closed Year-To-Date vs. 128 homes closed 2012 YTD
• Hazlet: 169 homes closed Year-To-Date vs. 135 homes closed 2012 YTD
