DWI Checkpoint On Rt. 36 In Hazlet Friday Night

Officers from the Hazlet Police Department will pull vehicles over from the eastbound lanes into the Holy Family Church parking lot.

HAZLET, NJ — The Monmouth County DWI Task Force will conduct a DWI checkpoint this Friday night, July 27 in Hazlet.

The checkpoint will be run from 10 p.m. Friday through 2 a.m. Saturday on Hwy. 36.

Task force members and officers from the Hazlet Police Department will pull vehicles over from the eastbound lanes into the Holy Family Church parking lot to determine driver’s sobriety, said Brielle Police Chief Michael W. Palmer, task force coordinator.
