Holmdel Boys Take First Place in Two Races at Sectionals
Thrilling finish for HHS's Jason McMullen and Jack Baisley, who beat the competition in their races
Holmdel Boys Track and Field Team had two first place finishes at the NJSIAA Group 2 Central Jersey Sectional Championships, held at Monmouth Regional High School in Tinton Falls May 27-28.
On Friday, Holmdel High School junior Jason McMullen, ran the 1600 meter race in 4:31.76 to take first place.
On Saturday, Jack Baisley, a sophomore, ran the 3200 meter race in 10:02.42 to finish first.

Both runners now advance to the Group 2 Championships at South Plainfield High School this coming weekend.
