According to police, Tim O’Donnell and his five-year-old daughter, Bridget, were on their routine commute home on Monday, Feb. 22, 2016, when they lost their lives in the crash.

It was only after the collision that witnesses came forward to tell their stories on how they saw the driver speeding and weaving in and out of traffic, police said.
