'Inappropriate' Incident Involving Solar Panel Rep In Holmdel

The incident occurred at about 5:30 p.m. on Sussex Road this past Monday, July 16, Holmdel police said.

HOLMDEL, NJ — Holmdel police are investigating a curious incident that happened this past Monday, July 16, where a man soliciting for a solar panel company acted "inappropriately" with a Holmdel homeowner.

The incident occurred at about 5:30 p.m. on Sussex Road. The man is described as a white male in his early 30s, average height and build. He has brown hair and a full beard. He was wearing a red shirt and blue shorts. His shirt had the name of a yet unknown roofing company on the left chest.

He acted inappropriately with the homeowner during this incident, Holmdel police said, but would not elaborate.
