June Real Estate Market Trends for Holmdel and Hazlet

Our intention today is to give you a snapshot of the monthly statistics in your local real estate market.  Below is a comparison for June 2013/2012 closed home sales for Holmdel and Hazlet. (DOM=days on market)

Holmdel: *Closed Sales for the month of June: 

  • June 2013:  17 homes sold with an average sale price of $842,529. vs an average list price of $913,453. with an average 112 DOM
  • June 2012:  16 homes sold with an average sale price of $836,403. vs an average list price of $882,906 with an average 81 DOM
  • There are currently 58 homes under contract with an average list price of $814,928. with an average 80 DOM.
  • There are currently 115 homes available with an average list price of $1,010,067. with an average 119 DOM.


Hazlet: *Closed Sales for the month of June:

  • June 2013: 15 homes sold with an average sale price of $305,427. vs an average list price of $318,347. with an average 71 DOM
  • June 2012: 20 homes sold with an average sale price of $292,425. vs an average list price of $303,530. with an average 58 DOM
  • There are currently 55 homes under contract with an average list price of $304,587. with an average 59 DOM.
  • There are currently 76 homes available with an average list price of $315,850. with an average 98 DOM.
