Obamacare is clearly not ready for prime time. Read the news. It appears to have been developed by the least competent IRS Income Tax regulation designers.  

When I worked as an engineer, we BETA TESTED our designs before providing them to our customers. We chose TEST & VERIFY over "CHANGE & HOPE!"

Obamacare should be delayed at least a year (as many congressmen suggest) while being beta tested by all the members of Congress.  They should ALL be required to drop their entire medical coverage advantages and sign up exclusively for Obamacare. If they like it after a year of use, they can then consider inflicting it on the general public.  Let's make these scoundrels do things professionally for once!
