Tuesday Morning Car Fire Reported On Garden State Parkway: Cops
A car fire was reported in the early morning hours of Sept. 22 in the Holmdel section of the Garden State Parkway, police said.
HOLMDEL, NJ -A car on fire in the Holmdel section of the Garden State Parkway prompted traffic delays early Tuesday morning, according to authorities.
New Jersey state troopers responded to the fire on Sept. 22 at approximately 6:51 a.m. on the parkway near milepost 113.9 in Holmdel, said Trooper Charles Marchan in an email.
No injuries were reported at the scene, Marchan wrote. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

All lanes were reopened by approximately 7:37 a.m.
