Abcode Security Professional Visits Local Preschool

Kori Robins of Abcode Security recently visited the Little Sprouts Early Learning Center.

Kori Robins of Abcode Security in Newton recently paid a visit to the pre-school classroom at the Little Sprouts Early Learning Center to read several children’s books as part of Project Self-Sufficiency’s Celebrity Reader program. “I can think of no better way to spend my day than making kids laugh and smile,” said Robins. “Project Self-Sufficiency afforded me the opportunity to share my love of books with a fun, smart and kind group of preschool kids. It’s an honor to have been asked to be involved in this program.”

The Celebrity Reader program is a component of Project Self-Sufficiency’s Family Literacy Program, which exists primarily to assist parents with obtaining their GED or with passing the college placement exam. While in the program, parents also engage in a variety of activities designed to promote literacy within the entire family.

Project Self-Sufficiency is a private non-profit community-based organization dedicated to improving the lives of low-income families residing in northwestern New Jersey.
