Body Found Under Bridge Near N.J. School: Prosecutor

A deceased man was discovered Wednesday under a bridge near a New Jersey school, authorities said.

The Sussex County Prosecutor's Office said the man was found under a bridge that carries Newton Avenue over a creek near the Sussex Middle School in Sussex Borough, according to the New Jersey Herald.

"I can confirm that the New Jersey State Police and the Sussex County Prosecutor's Office are investigating a 40-year-old deceased male in Sussex Borough," Sussex County First Assistant Prosecutor Gregory Mueller told the publication.

An investigation of the death is ongoing, but the death is not believed to be suspicious, according to nj.com.
