Hello to all of my fellow Hopatcong residents.
I am what I guess you would call a transplant to Hopatcong, however a born-and-bred Jersey girl with Cuban parents. My husband, Eric, and I moved to Hopactcong about nine years ago to get away from city living and plant some roots for our family.
By day I am a wife and mother, novice superhero of the planet, and the chief engineer at the Syto Manor (yes, I named my home, if the Beckhams can do it why can't I?).

Contrary to popular belief, we are not in the business of taking food away and spending our lives on a diet. We do not hand out lists of forbidden foods. Do you like chocolate? Kiss it goodbye. Want fries with that? Never again for your buddy!
What a horrible business model that would be. People would never come back for follow up visits if that were the case and I would be out of business.
As a dietitian, I am in the business of giving food back to you, one patient at a time.
Stay tuned, because I will give food back to you and make you enjoy the trip.
