Caregiving and Communication: Getting the Results You Need

United Way of Northern New Jersey Caregivers Coalition invites you to attend our free Munch & Learn presentation, titled “Caregiving and Communication: Getting the Results You Need.” Communicating with your loved one may not always be easy, especially when talking about someone who has intellectual disabilities, behavioral problems or any dementia related illness. Learn effective ways to communicate by practicing mindfulness and staying present during stressful situations. The event will be presented by John Mopper, MA, LAC, Therapist, GenPsych Foundation Secretary with GenPsych, PC. A light dinner will be served courtesy of The Chelsea at Warren. Space is limited.
