CHA Partners Breaks Ground on 10 N. Main Apartments in Wharton

CHA Partners, a full-service development firm specializing in public-private partnerships, announced today that it broke ground on 10 N. Main, a new mixed-use development on North Main Street that comprises a collection of 66 luxury apartment homes and approximately 7,800 square-feet of ground-floor retail space. Wharton Township officials joined CHA Partners at the groundbreaking ceremony to commemorate the start of construction at the property.

10 N. Main will feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom luxury apartment homes with ground-floor retail space that will bring new restaurant space to the area. The property, which showcases design elements inspired by the surrounding town, has a number of on-site amenities including a well appointed lobby with a coffee and beverage station, inviting seating areas and a fireplace. The property will have 83 parking spaces and offers four electric vehicle charging stations.

Set within a downtown location, residents of 10 N. Main will be just a short walk away from a coffee shop, bakery, pharmacy, barber shop and more. The property is in close proximity to the ShopRite of Wharton, Costco and The Rockaway Mall, and provides easy access to several major highways including Route 80, Route 15, and Route 46. The nearby Lakeland bus route and Dover Train Station offer easy access into Manhattan.
