Business - Dare to Climb the Ladder of Leadership. Sylvia tells her life’s story from a plantation
shack in Puerto Rico to the Projects of the Lower East Side of New York. It is her personal journey on becoming the
highest ranking Latina in the history at Pfizer Inc, the world’s largest pharmaceutical company. She was the head of their global Human Resources Unit. Sylvia
has managed to condense a 30+ year career in Human Resources into themes that illustrate how to climb the Corporate Ladder through: Self Confidence; Performance; Organizational Savvy; Presentation of Self and Leadership.
