Fairclough Realtors(R) Hires Combat Veteran & Launches The Square At Lafayette Project

Stillwater, NJ

Frank Suydam of Stillwater NJ, a veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan tours and current member of the Army National Guard, joined Fairclough Realtors® last week. The brokerage is expanding its grasp on the commercial and residential real estate markets in northern New Jersey and welcomes Frank’s expertise. Frank has a passion for all types of real estate and enjoys serving his customers and developing new relationships in the community. Like the other members of Fairclough’s team, Frank is working on marketing and selling the newly constructed townhouses at the Grande Villaggio project in Newton, NJ.

Fairclough Realtors® has a unique approach to real estate that bucks the trend that big national players have created. Combined with aggressive marketing, the group has salespeople who focus on specific market segments such as income properties, new construction, medical leasing, and high-end homes. In addition to the Grande Villaggio project in Newton, the team at Fairclough Realtors® is responsible for The Square at Lafayette project at the intersection of Route 15 and Route 94 in Lafayette NJ.

The Square at Lafayette project, headed by Luciano Bruni of Nouvelle Associates (www.nouvelleassociates.com), is a new construction project that is offering Class-A Medical and Professional space at $15.00 per square foot. This is substantially lower than many of the competing properties existing in the area.
