Health Care Career Training is Available

A free information session about health care career training programs will be offered to teens and adults on Thursday, May 22nd, from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at Project Self-Sufficiency.  Participants can learn about short-term and one-year certificate programs offered at Sussex County Community College for jobs like Certified Home Health Aide, Certified Nurse Aide, EKG Technician, Phlebotomy Technician, Medical Administrative Assistant, Medical Assistant or Surgical Technologist.  Income-eligible students may qualify for free training.  The information session is free and open to teens and adults, but registration is required.  Interested participants are encouraged to call 973-940-3500 to register.  Project Self-Sufficiency is located at 127 Mill Street in Newton.
