Hopatcong Boy Makes All-Star Team, Drops 20

John McCloskey filled up the scoreboard, earning himself a spot among the best.

McCloskey, of Hopatcong, was selected to the All Tournament Team after the 16th annual Netcong Middle School basketball tournament Saturday. McCloskey, who attends Northwest Christian School in Newton, dropped 20 points against Netcong, leading his squad to a second-place spot in the tournament.

McCloskey will play basketball and football at in 2012-2013, his father, Bob, said.
