Car Of Missing Hoptacong Man Found In Virginia

The man was last seen in Sparta on May 30. His car was found this weekend in Virginia.

HOPATCONG, NJ — Have you seen Edward Piccola? The Hopatcong man was last seen in his home state on May 30, and his empty car was found in Virginia over the weekend.

Piccola was last seen at Krogh's Restaurant & Brew Pub in Sparta the night of May 30 his sister, Holly, said. His car was found unoccupied at a public boat landing in the Page Valley Estates area of Page County on June 3, Virginia, officials there said. Piccola has no known ties to the Page County area.

Virginia officials are conducting ground and air searches in the area, but anyone with information is asked to contact Lieutenant Tim Lansberry with the Page County Sheriff’s Office at 540-743-6571.

Piccola is a white, 36-year-old man, officials said. He is 5'9" and about 150 pounds (pictured above).
