updated pet license form for requirements and fees. Fees must be made in the
form of a check only NO cash and a self-addressed stamp envelope must be
provided. Renewals cannot be received until June.
If you can not print out a form for any reason we will gladly mail one to you please call our office at 973-770-1200 or email us with your name and address.
