Hopatcong Schools to Close—AGAIN!

Stop us if you've heard this before.

Hopatcong schools will close Wednesday for the third straight day due to power outages. The weekend's snowstorm clobbered the borough, forcing thousands to go without electricity and downing trees and power lines.

And dealing Hopatcong's children three snowdays. The district only used six last year—and none before January.

That also means the cancellation of all after-school activities, including Wednesday's high school powerpuff football game.
