Join Employment Horizons on April 1 for a "Taste of Spring"

Area chefs join local non-profit Employment Horizons for a tasting event to benefit the agency

On April 1, 2015 join Employment Horizons, Executive Chef Sponsor Christine Conti-Collins and Daniel J. Collins, Culinary Sponsors Birds Eye and Eastern Propane Corporation, and Chef Eric LeVine, Chef/Partner at Morris Tap & Grill and Paragon Tap & Table for a Taste of Spring at the Rock Island Lake Club in Sparta, NJ. The event will feature small plates from other area chefs/restaurants including Ava’s Cupcakes, Birds Eye, Crystal Springs Resort, Krave Café & Catering, Rock Island Lake Club, Savour Café, and Smoke Rise Village Inn. The ticket price of $75 will also include cocktail hour, open bar, and salad. Optional bus transportation is being provided by My Limo of East Hanover. Event proceeds will benefit the Culinary Arts Training Program at Employment Horizons. Last year’s event was sold out, so reserve your tickets early.
