Name Released Of Woman Who Died In Sussex County House Fire
Eileen O'Rourke, 71, died in the Hampton Township fire on Halloween morning, according to police.
SUSSEX COUNTY, NJ — After initially withholding her name in order to notify her family, the New Jersey State Police have now released the name of a woman who died in a blaze at her home in Hampton Township on Sunday.

Trooper Brandi Slota, a spokesperson for the State Police, said Wednesday the woman who died has been identified as Eileen O’Rourke, 71.

A fire started at O’Rourke’s home on Lone Pine Trail early Halloween morning in the Crandon Lakes section, when it was called in shortly after 6 a.m.
As of Wednesday morning, Slota told Patch the fire still remains under investigation, with no further details currently available.
