Now That's a Lot of Clothes

In 2002, rapper Eminem made a hit song out of cleaning out his proverbial closet.

On Saturday morning, Hopatcong residents made a difference by cleaning out their actual closets.

The Hopatcong High School Parent Teacher Student Organization spent three hours collecting clothes and cell phones. Vice President Jacki Hangley said the event was a success.

"Once again, we would to thank the people of Hopatcong for their very generous donations," she said in an email.

Hangley said the Donnelly family donated a whopping 40 bags filled with clothes. The HHSPTO also held a clothing drive in October.
