United Way Caregivers Coalition invites you to attend this free Munch & Learn presentation. Since 12/1/14, the State of New Jersey has allowed for the use of Qualified Income Trusts also known as “Miller Trusts,” for individuals with income of more than $2,199/mo to be eligible for Medicaid benefits. Before December 1, 2014, individuals with income above the income cap could never be eligible to receive Medicaid at home or at an assisted living facility.
