SC-YMCA Active Adult Day – Motivational Speaker Thurs March 5th

Potluck Lunch 12:15 PM - Janet Pfeiffer Talks Developing Your Negative into Positive

Thursday March 5th at 12:20 the Sussex County- YMCA is delighted to have motivational speaker Janet Pfeiffer for the Active Adult Day Community Potluck Lunch segment. The talk is Free to Y members and it is also open to the community with a fee of $15. Attendees are encouraged to bring a covered dish to share in the Potluck Lunch while they listen to this informative guest speaker.

Janet Pfeiffer will be giving “Are You Absolutely Positive?” talk to zero in on developing your negative into positive.

Janet is an internationally known speaker, radio host, holistic life coach, and award-winning author who is a leading authority in the field of anger management and conflict resolution. Janet served as a consultant to such companies as the U.S. Army, U.S. Postal Service and AT&T. She was also a former contributor to the Dr. Phil Show, and is an adjunct instructor at the County College of Morris. Janet received her N.J. State Certification in Domestic Violence and was a consultant and instructor at a battered women's shelter for 15 years.

Janet has authored 8 books. Her most popular best seller is The Secret Side of Anger (endorsed by NY Times best-selling author, Dr. Bernie Siegel). She is a graduate of Englewood Cliffs College (now part of St. Peter's).

Janet has spoken at the United Nations, Notre Dame University (for the NACSDC National Conference), has served as committee member and keynote speaker for the YWCA National Week Without Violence Campaign, and is a member of the National Police Suicide Foundation and past board member for the World Addiction Foundation.
