SC-YMCA Hosts Mental Health Awareness Day
Sat Nov 9th from 11 a.m - 3 p.m. the Sussex County Y will be host for organizations with resource info
The Sussex County YMCA is the place for youth Development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Y has been the host location to valuable public awareness events. Guest contributors and organizations get to present timely topics and provide information tables to both Y members and the regional community.
On Saturday November 9th from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. the Y will be hosting a Mental Health Awareness Day in the indoor meeting area. Community attendees will have the occasion to meet organizations with resource info on how to seek help, connect with people who can relate, and directions on the first steps to move toward mental well-being.
November is also a special month for active and reserve duty military members and veterans. They have been invited to come use the Y at no cost during November. #YMCA #military #YforAll
