It's aerobic, for sure, but not hard on the knees and joints like a lot of the other things that are out there, and it incorporates a lot of the belly dance moves that are great for toning and tightening the core and strengthening muscles and gaining flexibility. It's truly the best of all world. We're loving it here. And course belly dancing. I'll take these dances over the crazy, fast workouts ANY TIME!!!!
