Sussex County Business Named Among Nation's Best Wine Restaurants

When your wine cellar has been appraised at more than $25 million, it’s up to something good.

And according to Wine Enthusiast’s annual rankings, Restaurant Latour at Crystal Springs Golf Resort in Hamburg is doing plenty right.

The restaurant was named to the magazine’s yearly top-100 list, just one of two from New Jersey. Jockey Hollow Bar & Restaurant in Morristown was the other.

Wine Enthusiast gave a nod to Latour’s 135,000-bottle wine cellar and director Robin Younes.

The magazine named its favorite pairing at the restaurant of Salmon with chestnut veloute and black truffle, with Thibert 2011 St. Veran from a 375ml bottle.
