Tulsa Trail Gets Anti-Drug & Bullying Grant
Hopatcong school will use various methods to reinforce the themes.

The following is from Principal Dr. Joanne Mullane:
A drug and bully free school will be promoted at Tulsa Trail.
The entire school will wear rainbow T-shirts. A poster size photo will be taken and hung in the school. The photograph will have the Red Ribbon week theme of "Color My World Drug and Bully Free."

Bulletin boards and the display case will reinforce the theme. The theme will also be integrated into literacy using such books as "The Rainbow Club" to teach students about bullying and the book, "The Talking Crayon Box" to address the Holocaust and Genocide curriculum guidelines.
The grant was submitted by Lisa Schuffenhauer, Karen Frey and Luis Mendez
