Victim ID'd In Fatal Crash In North Jersey

A fatal crash left one person dead in North Jersey on Sunday when a car ran into a tree, police said. The victim in the accident was identified.

Scott Greco, 50, of Newton was killed in the single-vehicle crash in Fredon Township in Sussex County, police said.

The accident happened around 3 p.m. when the driver of a Chevrolet Silverado drove off Paulinskill Lake Road and crashed into a tree, police said.

The accident is under investigation by the State Police Fatal Accident Investigation Unit.
