is it normal to smell neighbors septic every day? could a failing septic pollute my well?should children swim in the lake where the septic is seeping in?if multiple complaints are made to the sussex county health dept. and nothing is done.should the epa or lake commission be informed?or should i stay indoors and close my windows,pay my property taxes and be happy?
