Keys to Awesomeness: Marchena is a rare do-it-all student. Where do you start? She was the marching band's co-drum major; a lead actress in both drama club productions; and a member of the high school's all-academic team that competed on MSG Varsity Challenge. Marchena was also involved with the chorus, band and jazz band. "Grace is not just a great student, she is a wonderful daughter, sister to our younger daughter, MaryBeth, and a fun and trusted friend to many of the other great kids in Hopatcong," Marchena's mother, Shirley, said in an email. "Grace has been blessed with many talents and abilities, and we are blessed to have her as a part of our family." Marchena plans to attend Lafayette College's Marquis Scholars program in the fall.
