"Wine without Whining - for
Women Only" is offered at The Tree of Health Center every other month on
the 2nd Friday as a "Gift of Hope". It is a social gathering for
“Positive Soul Talk” on how to deepen our relationships to ourselves, with
others and with the earth with authenticity and honesty. We will reflect on our
past joys and how we are building on them as we look forward to living life.

We will share what we do to bring
balance into our lives and what we are doing to stay mindful of incorporating
this balance into every moment. We will share our thoughts about MARCI, the
acronym of Mindfulness, Awareness, Responsibility, Compassion and Intuition,
and how we grow the "Garden of MARCI" in our lives every day.
Must be 21 or older. Wine will be
supplied by local organic company.
