Would You Send Your Kid to Lenape?

Six Hopatcong students Regional High School in the fall. Of the six departed students, three were freshmen, one never attended school in the borough and the other two left mid-high school.

Soon, Hopatcong parents will have to decide whether to participate in the state's Interscholastic Public School Choice program. Deadline to notify the borough is Nov. 1. Deadline to apply is Dec. 1.

So, we ask: Would you consider sending your children to the Stanhope school or would you want to keep them in the district?

And what would influence your decision? Familarity? Programs? Sports? Friends? Something else?
