Zumba with Joanna starts tonight, Monday, May 2 at 7:30

This is an easy class, not the ear-splitting, heart-pounding classes that are popular with a lot of Zumba goers. We are more into getting exercise without the craziness of loud music and super fast moves. We will vary the class between aerobic routines and toning routines, and the use of toning sticks is free. this class is good for everyone.... from beginners, seasoned dancers, seniors, anyone who wants to exercise and have fun.
