About Brandon Farms Property Owners Association
Brandon Farms Property Owners Association ("POA") consists of Brandon Farms Condominium Association, The Village at Twin Pines, Four Seasons at Brandon Farms, a 55+ community, and other single family homes on the property.
The POA is responsibile for a swimming pool, playground, tennis courts and clubhouse located on Denow and Brandon Road West. All communities are members of the POA which also maintains the water wheel, numerous detention basins and wetlands throughout the planned unit development.
