A 41-year-old Brick man has been charged with burglary and possession of crack cocaine and a hypodermic syringe, according to Monmouth County Courthouse records.Daniel Moss was charged with possessing a controlled dangerous substance, specifically residue inside a glass pipe that contained crack, on Aug 1 in Bradley Beach.He also allegedly burglarized a 2008 Toyota Cruise belonging to "S.P." and stole $392.72, according to court records. Moss also allegedly possed a folding knife wth a razor.He also allegedly broke into a residence and stole Viagra as well as an Apple laptop computer.He was scheduled to appear in court Wednesday at 8 a.m.
