Couple With Baby Had 400 Bags Of Heroin, Howell Police Say
The couple was charged with distribution of heroin and endangering the welfare of a child. They are being held in Monmouth County jail.

Two people who had their one-year-old daughter and 400 bags of heroin in their possession were arrested in Howell Friday, police there said.
According to Howell police, Queenarabia Suggs, 21, of Edison and Keith Foster, 24, of Asbury Park were arrested after someone reported suspicious activity. They were charged with possession and distribution of suspected heroin along with 2nd degree endangering the welfare of a child.
The baby has been turned over to a relative, police said.

“Two complete losers were apprehended. Their conduct is inexcusable. The accolades are somewhat suppressed by the sadness of the infant involvement,” Howell police said on Facebook.
Suggs and Foster were transported to Monmouth County jail in lieu of $205,000 bail, according to police.
