DWI Crash In Wall Forced Closure Of Atlantic Avenue To Howell
A Freehold woman was charged in the crash, which resulted in the 10-hour road closure, police said.

Wall Township police arrested two women and charged them with driving while intoxicated after a pair of single-car crashes that happened a little over an hour apart on Monday, one of which shut down a road for 10 hours.
Bridget Wolff, 49, of Freehold, was charged with DWI after her car went off eastbound Atlantic Avenue and struck a utility pole about 12:43 p.m. on Monday, Wall Lieutenant Pete Lokerson said.
The impact broke the utility pole, bringing down power and phone lines, he said, forcing the closure of Atlantic Avenue for several hours between West 18th Avenue and Lakewood-Farmingdale Road in Howell until the lines were repaired. The road reopened about 10:30 p.m., Lokerson said.
