A Howell man has been indicted on a charge of having a switchblade, according to court documents. Frankie Vanpelt, 28, of West 5th Street, was indicted by a Monmouth County grand jury on the fourth-degree charge of possession of a prohibited weapon stemming from an Oct. 3 arrest in Farmingdale. The indictment was handed up Wednesday.

A Howell man has been indicted on a charge of having a switchblade, according to court documents.
