PADDLE AUCTION SET FOR NOVEMBER 21

Saint Veronica Boy Scout Troop 300 is hosting their Second Annual Paddle Auction on Saturday, November 21, at
6 pm, in the St. Veronica Cafeteria (4215 Route 9, Howell). FAMILIES WELCOME!

Tickets are $10 pp (bring a few rolls of quarters to play the game), and include one paddle, fresh-baked dessert, and beverage. You may also bring your own snacks/beverages (no alcohol) to share at your table. Doors open at 6 pm to preview gifts. At 7 pm sharp, we will start with the first prize. Upon entering the event, you will be given a numbered paddle. A matching numbered ping pong ball will be placed in a separate container. You hold the paddle. At the beginning of the auction, we will start with prize #1 and everyone that wants that prize puts their quarter(s) in the container in the middle of the table where they are sitting, then they hold up their paddle. The ping pong balls are turned and mixed and one ball is pulled. If your paddle is raised, and the ping pong ball number matches, YOU WIN that prize. We are using rectangular tables that hold 8 people comfortably.

For Reservations: Please make checks payable to TROOP 300, and mail with list of attendees to Linda Ann Horvath, Chairperson, Troop 300 Paddle Auction, 157 Newbury Road, Howell, NJ 07731. Please include all names and payments together if you wish to sit at same table. Tables are reserved on a first come first served basis. Non-full tables will be combined.
