• Paving Planned For Adelphia-Farmingdale Road, Howell Police Say (patch.com) — Drivers in Howell should prepare for overnight closures and detours on Adelphia-Farmingdale Road as paving work runs Monday through Thursday nights, from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Police advise planning alternate routes during these hours to avoid delays and ensure safety around the work zone. 
• Howell Approves 38,000-Square-Foot Warehouse Project (jerseyshoreonline.com) — Howell's Planning Board has approved a 38,000-square-foot warehouse and office building at 10 Industrial Court, with separate truck and car entrances and 24 parking spaces. Engineers detailed stormwater basins, a 50-foot landscaping buffer along Vanderveer Road, and traffic experts said the industrial park's intersections should operate efficiently once the project is built.
• Holmes' late goal lifts Howell boys soccer past Rumson-Fair Haven in season opener (nj.com subscription) — Howell boys soccer kicked off its season with a 3-2 road win over Rumson-Fair Haven, powered by Andrew Holmes' late game-winner and two-goal performance. Tommy Beurskens added a goal and two assists as Howell edged RFH in shots on goal and protected a narrow lead to start the year 1-0.
