Women Indicted On Heroin Charges In Howell Case
The two from Ocean County were arrested in earlier this year.
A pair of Manchester women have been indicted on heroin charges in connection with a Howell Township incident earlier this year.
Morgan C. McDuffie, 25, of Yorktowne Parkway, and Jessica M. Davis, 29, of Beaver Avenue, were indicted this week by a Monmouth County grand jury on third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
They are accused of having heroin in Howell on May 21.
