Heroin Awareness Event from Chilton Hospital and United for Prevention in Passaic County Scheduled for June 6

Passaic County residents are invited to a free heroin awareness presentation, “From Pills to Heroin Mills” on Thursday, June 6, from 8:30 a.m. to noon, at William Paterson University (Ballroom ABC), Wayne, NJ.

Chilton Neighbors for Better Health and United for Prevention in Passaic County have partnered for an interactive presentation led by Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent Douglas Collier, MA. It will focus on the prescription drug abuse epidemic and how users go from a prescription opioid to heroin addiction.
