College Sports Scholarship Programs...

We recently went to a seminar where a speaker from NCSA (National Collegiate Scouting Association) gave a great presentation about how they will market our son to hundreds of college athletic programs and help us secure sports scholarships. Of course there is a fee for this service.  Has anyone ever used either NCSA or some other similar program?
